Personal life coaching with Sharon takes you on a journey of self discovery and awareness. It is about deciding what you want in your life, setting realistic goals and formulating a plan to achieve them. Success is brought about by working with a personalised program.

Sharon is available to you for support and guidance throughout, either face to face, by phone or email (individual packages can be arranged). This is a strength based process structured around the belief that by taking responsibility for your own life, you will become self empowered, resulting in the ability to achieve your goals and move forward into the life you choose.

 

Life coaching and counselling are not the same but they do have many similarities. The process of life coaching is based on setting goals and following a process to achieve them, it is therefore predominantly future orientated and does not seek to deal with issues of an emotional nature. Many of the models and techniques developed for counselling are also used in life coaching.
