Good health is more than just an absence of disease, it is a state of mind that promotes wellness, vitality, harmony and joy at all levels. Physical - Emotional - Mental - Spiritual. From a natural health view point, a lack of wellness is seen as an 'upset' of the energy and vibration status of the body. This upset is believed to start at the mental level, progressing through the emotions, finding it's final resting place in the body.
Sharon uses a variety of holistic modalities to help bring
about wellness at the vibrational/energy level. She also works closely with other natural health
practitioners and is able to give referrals where necessary so that her clients
are able to access an all round program for health and vitality.

The healing properties of flowers have been known for thousands of years. By working with the very essence of the flower and preserving it in water this ability is captured. It can then be used to bring about change on many levels: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Sharon uses Australian Bush Flower Essences extensively in her practice. She prepares personalised remedies, tailored to suit the individual needs of the client.

Personality is thought to develop in two parts, nature and nurture. Your core personality traits are those that are present at birth (nature) and some of these can be identified from the patterns in your iris. Your birth order and transgenerational issues (from parents, grandparents and even great grandparents) also play a part in making you who you are. The new born baby is not be a blank canvas. Life's journey further develops the personality (nurture or non-nurture, as the case may be). An understanding of your personality core traits helps you to better know yourself, it explains why you act in a certain way and frees you to make change, if change is wanted.

Meditation and Deep Relaxation
Sharon has taught yoga for over 30 years and offers to her clients a yoga style of deep relaxation and meditation, as well as guided visualisation, to promote peace and harmony within the system. This helps bring about an heightened level of self awareness and personal empowerment as well as raising self esteem and assisting in the development of good stress management techniques.
Energy & Vibrational Health
All matter is energy, this view is in keeping with current quantum physics and Einstein's proven theory that energy and matter are manifestations of the same thing. This applies to human beings, as well as to all the matter of the universe. Everything comes from the same universal energy whether it be animal, vegetable or mineral.
Eastern philosophy has a long standing belief in an energy system that flows through and sustains the material world. In human beings this energy system is made up of a series of channels that are unseen by the human eye. The energy that runs through them is called prana in the Indian tradition and chi in Chinese tradition. Chakra's are an important part of the 'energy body', the aura is the 'visible' glow that can be seen (with a little practice) by many people. In order to obtain a high level of mental, emotional and physical health the energy system needs to be kept in good working order. Vibrational health is maintained when the energy system is clear, without blockages and the prana/chi flows unimpeded. A supply of good quality prana/chi of the correct vibration is delivered by the chakra's when they are in balance and appropriately open.
