Sharon is a mature age practitioner who draws on her extensive life experiences. She offers you a style of counselling and life coaching that can include both conventional methods and natural health practices, you choose the approaches that best suit your wants and needs. She regularly attends courses and workshops for both personal and professional development.

Sharon has a long term commitment to all things truly holistic, which began over thirty years ago when she started the practice of yoga. She has worked in England, Papua New Guinea and Australia, in both the public sector and privately, supporting people from all walks of life.

With a deep love of eastern philosophy, traditional yoga and the bodymind connection, she aims to demystify and normalise the practices of natural health, so that these wonderful gifts of nature are available to all.  She believes that when there is harmony of body mind and spirit then life can be lived fully, in peace joy and contentment. 

On a Personal Note  

I love all things to do with animals, the environment and nature.

I am a vegetarian (almost vegan) and like to promote tasty veg-an food.

I feel there is a shift in the consciousness of the planet and that, particularly here in Australia, there is a growing want for a more natural, caring and truly holistic way of life, so my greatest interest is to play my part in this process.
